Each year - usually in the autumn - the BVCS organises a conference. We normally invite a leading authority from around the world as a guest speaker, and the programme includes practical sessions as well as discussions and debate. There is also time for members to present interesting cases from their own experience, research findings and other reports.
This year's conference will be on the weekend of 2nd and 3rd October in the Peterborough area of Cambridgeshire. The aim is to provide information on the current knowledge of pathogenesis, prognosis and prevention of a wide range of infectious diseases affecting camelids. Click here for more details
There will be sessions devoted to the latest testing techniques, an update from the International Camelid Conference in Ohio this spring and of course an excellent social programme with plenty of opportunity to talk about our favourite topic - camelids!
